Recruiters for Jackson build and cultivate career-long relationships with therapists interested in short and long-term travel contracts across the United States. Recruiters are the primary contact that thousands of therapists have with Jackson every year and are responsible for aggressively sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and referring the best qualified candidates to healthcare jobs nationwide while providing the most collaborative and positive experience possible. Some sales or recruiting experience is preferred, but not required.
