Recruiters are the primary contact that thousands of therapists have with Jackson every year and are responsible for aggressively sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and selling available contract healthcare jobs nationwide to the best qualified candidates. Inside sales or sales Recruitment experience is strongly preferred, but not required.

    Your Duties:

    • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals as well as weekly key metrics.
    • Pro-actively sources applicants and qualified candidates for open positions.
    • Recruit prospective candidates through established and innovative recruitment strategies.
    • Negotiate compensation packages.
    • Provide follow through and maintain on-going contact with travelers while on assignment through frequent phone and email communication.
    • Cultivate relationships with active and passive candidates, building a strong pipeline for on-going and future contracts.

    This sales role allows talented recruiters to utilize their sales skills, work independently, and grow professionally through ongoing training sessions and accessible leadership teams.     Requirements

    Education: High school graduate or equivalent. B.S. degree preferred 

    Required Knowledge: Basic understanding of recruiting processes and strategies

    Experience Required: One year or more of related experience in recruiting or a related field.
